    60-Minute Psychotherapy Session

    $200 per session

    Crisis Psychotherapy Session

    $100 per session (brief, urgent sessions for established clients who need immediate support between regular appointments).

    During the initial session, I’ll get to know you, discuss what brings you to therapy, and together we’ll create a plan tailored to your goals. 

    Regular 60-minute sessions are ideal for ongoing work on your depression or anxiety. 

    The crisis sessions are there as a safety net – if you’re having a hard week or facing a spike in distress.

    Insurance & Payment

    I am in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), and Optum insurance plans. 

    If you have one of these, your sessions may be covered. I’m happy to verify your benefits and handle insurance billing, so you can focus on getting better without added financial stress. 

    I also accept private pay (out-of-pocket) if you prefer not to use insurance or have a different provider. 

    Payment can be made via credit card, and I provide receipts/superbills if you want to seek reimbursement from an HSA/FSA or out-of-network insurance benefits.
