I have been working in the fields of perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, navigating cultural identities, grief and loss since 2017. I enjoy working with individuals around a variety of life transitions and difficult relationship dynamics within these areas. As a provider of color, I am also uniquely situated to help those who identify as BIPOC.

Why Is Therapy Important
